Working as a web developer, I often meet with a difficult choice, what set of browsers to support for definite site.
Google analytics gives a very good possibility to make this consideration simple.

First, I would like to start with analysis of this blog misha.beshkin.lv.
Due to the reason, that this blog is attended mostly by technical people, tendency is pretty clear.

  • Firefox – 52%
  • Chrome – 33%
  • Internet Explorer – about 7%

So, if you are thinking of creating a site for geeks, feel free to drop any of IE support %).

Operating system is not that important nowadays. But still very interesting statistics.
